French Onion Dip (dried onion)

- 1 1/2 cups sour cream or crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp powdered beef bouillon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Additional Optional Ingredients (to taste or preference)
- 225 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp worcestershire or soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well. Adjust seasonings as needed.
- Refrigerate minimum of 1 hour, best if overnight.
- Serve with veggies or potato chips.
